Our order policy

  • All orders are to be made at least 3 working days in advance. For example, if you order on Saturday, the earliest day you may collect is Tuesday. For large orders, we strongly encourage you to make them at least a week in advance.
  • Orders made are on a first come first serve basis, so please order early to avoid any disappointment.
  • Our collection period is between 11am-8pm from Tuesdays to Thursdays, 11am-9pm from Fridays to Saturdays, and 3pm-9pm on Sundays, at Blk 124 Hougang Ave 1 #01-1444 S(530124).
  • No refund will be given for confirmed orders.
  • Any change in orders (including collection and delivery dates) have to be made via phone call (+65 6383 0803) as soon as possible, latest by noon on the working day before the initial confirmed collection / delivery date. For example, if you would like to change your collection date from Friday to another day, please call us by 12pm on Thursday which is the day before.
  • Please note that all our products are baked fresh daily, so all sales are final and non-exchangeable. Any unclaimed cakes are disposed of at the end of the day and no refund will be given under any circumstances. We do not keep customers’ cakes overnight, even though they are already paid for, to ensure that you enjoy only the freshest and highest quality products.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we recommend for our products to be consumed on the same day you collect them.

Delivery terms and conditions

  • Delivery charge - $20 per order per delivery location.
  • We do not deliver to our offshore islands such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong and Jurong Island.
  • Delivery to Sentosa will incur an extra charge of $10 to cover our entrance fees into Sentosa.
  • We deliver Tuesdays to Saturdays, 12pm-6pm, and Sundays, 4pm-7pm. We do not deliver on Mondays.
  • Customers can choose between the following delivery timeslots - 12pm-3pm & 3pm-6pm from Tuesdays to Saturdays, and 4pm-7pm on Sundays.
  • Customers are required to make full payment via PayPal 24 hours before delivery date to confirm the order. There will be no cash transactions of any kind upon delivery.
  • Our delivery charges are for a one-time delivery to one location per order only.
  • Delivery timeslots are on a first come first serve basis.
  • In the event that the recipient is not available to receive the products at the stipulated delivery timeslot, no refunds or redelivery will be granted.
  • If the order is a gift or a surprise, do let us know. Please clearly state the name and contact number of the recipient in the order form. Similarly, do ensure that someone is there to receive the delivery at the stated timeslot.
  • Delivery charges will be waived for orders above $300.
